Memberships Info
We are a strong family club and a member of the British Leyland Camping and Caravan Association. We host a varied rally program throughout the year to offer good social camping and caravanning in beautiful locations.
Membership runs from the 1st January to the 31st December.
Membership covers two adults plus children under the age of 18 years up to the maximum capacity of your unit (caravan plus awning, motorhome or tent). Any children, friends or relatives aged 18 years or over wishing to stay in your unit must first become either full members of CMECCC or non unit members. Non unit members are not permitted to sleep in separate pup tents.
New Members:
If you wish to join the club, you have 2 options:
1. Apply Online via this link: New Membership Online Application -
2. Click on the link and print / complete the "2024 - New Membership Form ": Membership Form. A current member of CMECCC has to sponsor you to join as a new member.
Once complete please post the form with a cheque for £14 (£12.00 plus £2.00 Postage) payable to CMECCC to the address below.

NON-UNIT MEMBERS:
A non-unit member (NUM) membership is required for all family members over the age of 18 wishing to stay in your ‘unit’. A ‘unit’ consists of a caravan or motorhome plus awning. The occupancy of a caravan or motorhome should not exceed the manufacturer’s berth capacity. Pup tents are for the use of members under the age of 18. If persons wishing to sleep in a pup tent are over the age of 18, this will be classed as a separate unit and full membership will need to be applied for plus an additional booking/pitch fee paid.
Non-unit membership is £5 per year per person – please provide name/s for membership details to be added
