1. How Much Does It Cost To Join The C.M.E.C.C.C.

   Subscriptions for 2011 stand at £10.00 for a unit. plus £1.00 P&P. see our join the club page (Click Here)
   

2. What Do We Class As A Unit

   A caravan holding 2 adult members and non limit of under 18 year old's. 

    You may erect an awning, and no more than one pup tent. 

3. Non Unit Members

   Any one over the age of 18 wishing to stay overnight in a unit must hold a non unit members card, these cost £3.00 per year, More information available from the secretary.

   Simply fill in our sign up sheet and await conformation, an email will be sent, check your spam box if you have not received any notice from us. click the activation link and then have fun. ALL FOR FREE...

   Firstly check your spam box for you log in details, if no information has been revived a week after initial sign up, please email us to resend the activation email.

4. Forgot username or password

Booking A Rally.

1. How To Fill In The Rally Slip.

   Booking a rally is very simple, in the back of your rally book you will find some booking in slips, simply fill in all the questions asked on both sides, its also a good idea to fill in the small column to the left of the ticket as a receipt, just so you don't forget what rally you want to attend. 

2. Where do I send my rally slips ?

   Bookings for rallies will only be accepted on a rally slip. Telephone bookings must be confirmed by a rally slip within 3 days. Bookings should be made no later than 7 days prior to the rally. Rally slips for all weekend and Bank Holiday rallies must be sent to the RALLY BOOKING OFFICER (cmeccc.secretary@virginmedia.com). Bank Holiday rallies require a non-refundable deposit of £5 to be sent with the rally slip. The balance to be paid to the rally marshals on arrival.

3. Rallies that require a deposit

   Holiday rallies require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per week to be sent with the rally slip. The balance is payable one month before the rally unless otherwise stated. All deposits and holiday rally slips must be sent to the treasurer, unless advised differently in the rally write-up. If you require a receipt for your deposit, please enclose a S.A.E. with your rally slip. 

   
   

   must be made payable to Coventry Morris Engines CCC. Cheques cannot be accepted by marshals on the rally field. All payments made to marshals must be in cash as CMECCC are acting solely as agents for the site owners / management.
   

4. What To Do If I Want To Cancel

   Please remember to cancel if you cannot attend a rally, otherwise an additional fee may be levied against your next rally. To cancel just get in contact with our booking officer. (cmeccc.secretary@virginmedia.com)

1. How Do I Get There

   Not sure about directions ? all of our rally write-ups include directions from Coventry. but if you do need more information check out the rally and reviews page, (Click Here) find the rally you want more info on, and click on it, you will then open the full rally details, just click on the MAP link. C.M.E. signs will be out closer to the site remember to look out for them.

2. Who Do I Report To When I Arrive.

   First things first, when you arrive report to the marshals, they will hand you your paperwork and show you to your pitch. if you have any problems over you holiday just chat to the marshals.
