Rally Bookings Reminder

Hello All.

Just a quick reminder that C.M.E.C.C.C. now has a RALLY BOOKING OFFICER. please read your rally write ups closely for information on where to send booking slips & deposits. our new booking officer can be contacted at bookings@cmeccc.com this is an information service only at the moment, no bookings will be accepted via this or any email account.

We would also like to say thank you to our booking officer, and wish her the best of luck

(by the way your phones not going to stop ringing)

We are very sorry to have to announce that our Chairman Leo passed away during the night 16-17th October 2009 .

It goes without saying that he will be sadly missed by Coventry Morris Engines Camping and Caravan Club and the British Leyland Camping and Caravan Association for whom he has given his full commitment over many years of service to us. . I am sure that we will all be thinking of him at this sad time and we send our condolences to his family and close friends.

Funeral will take place on Wednesday 4th November 2009 12.00 Noon, at Canley Crematorium Canley Coventry CV4 7DF.Flowers to Co-op Funeral Care Ansty Road, Coventry.

C.M.E.C.C.C. are pleased to announce that at the A.G.M. The committee proposed we drop membership to £10.00 this was passed. as from January 8th 2010 the subscription fee to join the club will be £10.00. (Found this article interesting please read Your Pitch Subscriptions Below)

Your Pitch Subscription

It was voted at the A.G.M. That "Your Pitch" will from January be on a seperate Subscription to your Membership, In an effort to beat the credit crunch and reduce membership costs the newsletter will be droped from your benifits unless otherwise stated at enrolment night. Gavin will be sitting near the Secretary & Tresurer taking Names of those who wish to still recive the newsletters for 2010.
